Star Construction is happy to show off this Home Addition project for a West Newbury house.
This project was more than just a new addition, but it included Kitchen Remodeling & Bathroom Remodeling too.
We begin by introducing you to the Home Owners, and listening to how this beautiful addition has made their lives so much enjoyable.
We begin by taking a look inside this new addition, a great way for our clients to have their younger family members have their own privacy while making it easier to visit whenever they wish. It ties naturally into the existing house.
The center of the project was this addition project was the kitchen remodel.
The Undermount Apron Sink adds a nice appeal under the Garden Window. We particularly like the style of cabinets blending with the stone countertop.
The bedroom remodeling portion of the addition was simplistic yet added a great place for the kids to sleep.
The bathroom remodel portion of the project has a classy tiled walk in shower. We included a shower bench seat and also plenty of storage.
Star Construction also does many basement remodels so we are used to working from the ground up, the outside or the inside. Here we take you up the stairway from the basement to main living area and front door. Then we show the different views as one comes up the stairway into the main residence.
It is amazing how much space was added for the extra living area. Let’s step outside again to see the addition. We reused the large basement windows.
Now let’s step back inside to enjoy the areas the owners love most, which is a custom sewing room with pocket door off of the kitchen remodel. You can see the sewing room on the left and the remodeled bathroom on the right in the second image.
The family has a beautiful new addition with kitchen bar seating around the island, classic pendant lights all leading to a well-designed living room with cathedral ceiling for all to enjoy.
