Freshen a dated 150 sf kitchen with new builder-grade box cabinet up to 25 LF, stone countertop, single bowl drop in stainless steel sink, single lever faucet, install owner supplied appliance staying in the same locations, replace the hood with vented over the range microwave, new sheet vinyl or laminate flooring, paint ceiling, walls, and trim.
